Mr. Babulal S Sanghvi is first generation Entrepreneur is presently Chairman and Promoter of Sanghvi Forging & Engineering Limited (SFEL). It is under his leadership and guidance SFEL has scaled new heights and established presence as a leading forging company in India. An Under graduate with passion to succeed, has brought SFEL to global map. Having more than 30 years of experience in forging industry, he is responsible for implementing the overall business strategy.

Mr. Jayanti B Sanghvi is appointed as a Director of SFEL with effect from 18^thJanuary 1997 and is appointed as Managing Director in 2010. A gold medalist in Bachelor of Business Administration from Sardar Patel University and having experience of 13 years is instrumental in driving the growth of company. He plays a vital role in managing the Finances and Domestic Marketing.

Mr. Naresh B Sanghvi is appointed as Director of the Company with effect from 4^th January 2000. An under graduate with more than 12 years of experience is the key force in making SFEL a global supplier. He is responsible for Export marketing, strong customer focus and service has been the driving factors for development of products and markets.

Mr. Vikram B Sanghvi is appointed as Director of the Company with effect from 1^st April 2010. A graduate in Business Administration from Sardar Patel University (2003), Mr. Vikram Sanghvi completed his MBA (Finance) & MS Finance from ICFAI Hyderabad in 2005. Having experience of 4 years in the forging field was instrumental in implementation of SAP in 2008. He is responsible for Plant Operations and inclusive growth.

Mr. Shantaram Yarlagadda, aged 70 is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a degree in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from. He has worked as the Scientific Officer at the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. He has more than 40 years of experience in nuclear power plant construction activities. He is also a life member of Indian Nuclear Society. He joined our Company as Nonexecutive Independent Director on June 1, 2010.

Mr. R. C. Prasad, aged 61 is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a doctorate in metallurgical engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He is a professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay since 1986. He joined our Company as Non-executive Independent Director on July 15, 2010.

Mr. Baba Pai, aged 56 is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a doctorate in metallurgical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He is the head of Metallurgical and Materials faculty of Technology and Engineering at MS University Kalabhavan, Vadodara.He is currently a member of the Departmental Evaluation Committee of Customs, ICD, Dashrath. He joined our Company as Nonexecutive Independent Director on July 15, 2010

Mr. R.S. Kaushal, aged 62 is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a banker by profession and holds a Master’s degree in Arts. He was previously employed with State bank of India. He has 38 years of experience in the Banking sector. He is a certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He is presently working as an Advisor with Learning & Development in SBI Mutual Fund. He was appointed on our Board as an Independent Director on July 15, 2010.
